|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بناء تصور مقترح لتفعيل الشراكة البحثية بين الجامعات والمؤسسات الإنتاجية بهدف تنويع مصادر تمويل الجامعات السعودية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، حيث تم استهداف مجتمع الدراسة المكون من القادة الأكاديميين والإداريين من الجنسين في خمس جامعات سعودية (جامعة أم القرى، جامعة الملك سعود، جامعة الملك عبد العزيز، جامعة الملك فيصل) بإجمالي (629) مشاركا. وقد تم إرسال استبانة إلكترونية لجميع أعضاء المجتمع، وتم الحصول على (249) استجابة. استخدمت الدراسة استبانة مكونة من جزأين، تحتوي على (54) عبارة، لتقييم آراء المستجيبين حول واقع الشراكة البحثية ومتطلباتها. أظهرت النتائج أن المتوسط الحسابي العام لدرجة توافر الشراكة البحثية بين الجامعات والمؤسسات الإنتاجية لتنويع مصادر التمويل بلغ (2.90 ممن 5.00)، مما يشير إلى توفر متوسط للشراكة البحثية. أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات من أهمها تبني التصور المقترح للشراكة البحثية بين الجامعات والمؤسسات الإنتاجية، وتوفير المتطلبات الضرورية لتحقيق هذه الشراكة وتطويرها.
|b This study aimed to develop a proposed framework to activate research partnerships between universities and productive institutions to diversify the funding sources of Saudi universities. The study adopted the descriptive survey method, targeting a study population consisting of academic and administrative leaders of both genders from five Saudi universities (Umm Al-Qura University, King Saud University, King Abdulaziz University, King Faisal University), with a total of 629 participants. An electronic questionnaire was sent to all members of the study population, and 249 responses were received. The study used a two-part questionnaire containing 54 items to assess respondents' opinions on the reality and requirements of the research partnership. The results showed that the overall mean score for the availability of research partnerships between universities and productive institutions for diversifying funding sources was 2.90 out of 5.00, indicating a moderate availability of research partnerships. The study made several recommendations, most notably the adoption of the proposed framework for research partnerships between universities and productive institutions, and the provision of necessary requirements to establish and develop these partnerships.
