|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على التوافق الزواجي وعلاقته بصراع الدور لدى معلمات مدينة الحديدة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (126) معلمة من معلمات مدينة الحديدة تم اختيارهن بطريقة عشوائية، والجمع البيانات تم بناء مقياس التوافق الزواجي ومقياس صراع الدور، وأظهرت النتائج وجود مستوى متوسط من التوافق الزواجي لدى معلمات مدينة الحديدة، كما أظهرت النتائج، وجود مستوى منخفض من صراع الدور لدى معلمات مدينة الحديدة، علاوة على ذلك، أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى التوافق الزواجي ومستوى صراع الدور لدى معلمات مدينة الحديدة.
|b The study aimed to identify marital compatibility and its relationship to role conflict among female teachers in the city of Hodeidah. The study used the descriptive, correlational approach. The study sample consisted of (126) female teachers in the city of Hodeidah who were chosen randomly. To collect data, the marital compatibility scale and the role conflict scale were constructed, and it showed Results: There is a moderate level of marital compatibility among female teachers in the city of Hodeidah. The results also showed a low level of role conflict among female teachers in the city of Hodeidah. Moreover, the results showed that there is no statistically significant correlation between the level of marital compatibility and the level of role conflict among female teachers in the city of Hodeidah.
