|a تسعى الأنظمة التعليمية المتقدمة إلى تطوير أنظمتها التربوية والتعليمية من حيث إداء ومهارات مدراء المدارس المتوسطة على وفق أحدث نظريات الإدارة والتعليم فضلا عن السعي إلى تمكينهم التقني واستعماله لإحداث نظريات التكنولوجيا الحديثة للتعليم ومهارات الاتصال والتواصل متمثلة بالإدارة الإلكترونية والصف المعكوس واستعمال قنوات التواصل الاجتماعي والمنصات التعليمية، ومن جهة أخرى أصبحت التوجهات الحديثة في نظريات الإدارة تركز على نمط الإدارة الديمقراطية والتصدي للأزمات المدرسية بأساليب تربوية حديثة. وبذلك أصبح لدى الباحث اهتمام علمي وتربوي يسعى من خلاله إلى النهوض بالجانب الإداري في للمدرسة المتوسطة والمتمثل في تكوين قيادة تشاركية لدى المديرين والتي تنعكس في سلوكهم وثقتهم التنظيمية وتوافقهم وبذلك يمكن تحديد مشكلة البحث بالسؤال الآتي": ما مستوى القيادة التشاركية لدى مدراء المدارس المتوسطة من وجهة نظر مدرسيهم؟ "اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للبحث الحالي حيث كانت العينة للبحث من (337) مدرس ومدرسة ويشكلون نسبة (100%) من مجتمع البحث، بواقع (127) مدرس يمثلون نسبة (37.68%) من العينة، و(210) مدرسه يمثلن نسبة (62.31%) من العينة، ولغرض تحقيق أهداف البحث تطلب قيام الباحث ببناء مقياس القيادة التشاركية، وقد اتسمت المقاييس بالصدق والثبات وأصبحت بصيغتها النهائية مكونة من (45) فقرة المقياس القيادة التشاركية ". وقد أظهرت النتائج في العام الدراسي (2022-2023)، وبعد عملية جمع البيانات وتحليلها إحصائيا ما يأتي: 1. هناك مستوى عال من القيادة التشاركية لمديري المدارس المتوسطة. 2. يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية لمتغير القيادة التشاركية يعزى لمتغير (الجنس/ذكور وإناث) ولمتغير الإناث. 3. عدم وجود فروق معنوي دلالة إحصائية في متغير القيادة التشاركية يعزى لمتغيرات (مدة الخدمة/التخصص).

The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method for the current research, as the sample was for the research of (337) teachers and schools, constituting a percentage of (100) of the research community, with (127) teachers. They represent a percentage of (37.68) of the sample, and (210) teachers represent a percentage of (62.31%) of the sample. For the purpose of achieving the research objectives, it was required that the researcher build a scale of participatory leadership. The scales were characterized by validity and reliability and in their final form consisted of (45) scale items Participatory leadership" The results were shown in the academic year (2022-2023), after the data collection process And analyzed statistically the following: 1. There is a high level of participatory leadership of middle school principals. 2.
