|a تهدف هذه المقالة إلى تسليط الضوء على أن الدولة في نظر كانط لم تتأسس إلا على الحرية كمبدأ فطري في الإنسان. وإن ما يحدثه نظام الدولة هو تحويل الحرية الطبيعية للإنسان إلى حق سياسي عمومي خضوعا لقوانين مشتركة. ومن ثمة، كانت مبادئ هذا النظام تتطابق: أولا، مع الحرية المناسبة لكل أعضاء المجتمع باعتبارهم بشرا. ثانيا مع خضوع جميعهم لتشريع مشترك بوصفهم رعايا. ثالثا، مع حق جميع الأفراد في المساواة باعتبارهم أعضاء داخل الدولة
|b This article aims to show that for Kant, the state is founded only on freedom as an innate human principle. What the state system does is to transform man's natural freedom into a public political right subject to common laws. Therefore, the principles of this system corresponded to: First, with the proper freedom of all members of society as human beings. Second, with the subjection of all to common laws as subjects. Third, with the right of all individuals to equality as members of the state.
