The evolution of international humanitarian law has gone through many confrontations over time, aiming to ensure regulations to limit the means and methods of war, through the codification and the evolution of conventional sources to its implementation in armed conflicts. L’évolution du droit international humanitaire est passée par de nombreuse confrontation au fil du temps, qui a pour but de garantir une réglementation afin de limiter les moyens et méthodes de guerre, à travers la codification et l’évolution des sources conventionnelles jusqu’à sa mise en oeuvre lors des conflits armés. |
