|a لم تعرف الجامعات الجزائرية المنصات الإلكترونية والتعليم عن بعد إلا مع انتشار جائحة كورونا- كوفيد 19- أين تم إغلاق وشل كل مجالات الحياة على غرار التعليم الجامعي، حيث كان لزاما على الجهة الوصية استحداث نمط جديد من التعليم لسد الفراغ أو الفجوة بينها وبين دول العالم باستخدام التعليم عن بعد. وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة دور المنصات الإلكترونية في زيادة فعالية التعليم عن بعد من وجهة نظر أساتذة الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة باتنة 1 وبالضبط منصة موودل التي تم تخصيص دورة تكوينية خاصة بها، أين كانت موجهة لكل أساتذة الجامعة بدون استثناء. ومن أجل الوصول إلى أهداف الدراسة قمنا بدراسة ميدانية على عينة قوامها 20 أستاذ من قسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال وعلم المكتبات بجامعة باتنة 1 معتمدين على المنهج الوصفي، ومستندين على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، ومن بين النتائج المتوصل إليها أن التعليم عن بعد في الجامعة لا زال في بدايته ويحتاج إلى وسائل مادية وبشرية لتحقيق الأهداف المنشودة منه.
|b Algerian universities did not learn about electronic platforms and distance education until the spread of the corona pandemic -covid- 19- where all spheres of life were closed and paralyzed, similar to university education, where the custodian had to create a new type of education to fill the void or gap between them and the countries of the world using distance education. This study came to find out the role of electronic platforms in increasing the effectiveness of distance education from the point of view of the professors of media and communication at Batna University 1, specifically the Moodle platform, which was allocated a special training course, where it was addressed to all university professors without exception. In order to reach the objectives of the study, we conducted a field study on a sample of 20 professors from the Department of media and Communication Sciences and library science at Batna University 1, relying on the descriptive curriculum, and based on the questionnaire as a data collection tool .among the findings is that distance education at the university is still in its infancy and needs material and human means to achieve the desired goals.
