|b This article describes the use of different tools and methods from cognitive and behavioral therapies (CBT) in the treatment of obsessive and compulsive disorder (OCD). With this in mind, the case study was adopted asa research method, which consists of setting up a detailed description of the patient and the therapeutic process. S., a 30-year-old woman with severe OCD with magical and aggressive obsessions and counting rituals. The diagnosis is made according to the DSM-IV criteria and the Y-BOCS (Obsession-Compulsion Scale of Yale-Brown). S. benefits from CBT structured in twenty sessions. From functional analysis to the results of evaluation scales through session summaries, the different tools and means used are presented in detail in this article. The results obtained at the end of therapy are satisfactory, with a significant drop in evaluation tool scores and an achievement of therapeutic objectives.
|d Le présent article décrit l’utilisation des différentes étapes et méthodes issues des thérapies comportementales et cognitives (TCC) dans la prise en charge du trouble obsessionnel et compulsif (TOC). Dans cette optique, une méthode largement utilisée est adoptée, l’étude de cas, qui consiste à mettre en place une description détaillée du patient et du processus thérapeutique. S., une jeune femme âgée de 30 ans présentant un TOC sévère avec des obsessions à thème magique et agressif, ainsi que des rituels de comptage, diagnostiquée au moyen du DSM-IV et de la Y-BOCS (Echelle d'obsessioncompulsion de Yale-Brown), bénéficie d’une TCC structurée en vingt séances. De l’analyse fonctionnelle aux résultats des échelles d’évaluation en passant par les résumés de séances, les différents outils et moyens utilisés sont présentés en détail dans cet article. Les résultats obtenus en fin de thérapie sont satisfaisants, avec une baisse significative des scores d’outils d’évaluation et un aboutissement des objectifs thérapeutiques.
