المستخلص: هدف إلى: تحديد مستوى استخدام نظم المعلومات التخطيطية بالمنظمات الاجتماعية، وتحديد مستوى تطوير أداء المنظمات الاجتماعية، تحديد العلاقة بين استخدام نظم المعلومات التخطيطية بالمنظمات الاجتماعية وتطوير أداء المنظمات الاجتماعية، وتحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه دور نظم المعلومات التخطيطية في تطوير أداء المنظمات الاجتماعية، تحديد مقترحات تفعيل دور نظم المعلومات التخطيطية في تطوير أداء المنظمات الاجتماعية، التوصل إلى خطة عمل مقترحة لتفعيل دور نظم المعلومات التخطيطية في تطوير أداء المنظمات الاجتماعية- واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج المقارن، ومنهج المسح الاجتماعي عن طريق الحصر الشامل للمسئولين بالمنظمات الاجتماعية الحكومية وغير الحكومية بمحافظة أسيوط، ومنهج المسح الاجتماعي بطريقة العينة العمدية للخبراء -وتوصل إلى عدة توصيات ومقترحات من أهمها: ربط نظم المعلومات التخطيطية بالخطة الاستراتيجية للمنظمة، تطوير أساليب أكثر فاعلية في الإدارة والتنظيم، تقوية الوضع التنافسي للمنظمة، والاهتمام بالأفكار المبدعة والعمل على تحقيقها، بناء نظم جديدة للمعلومات له علاقة مباشرة بنمو وتطوير العمل بالمنظمة، إنشاء منظومة متكاملة لجمع وحفظ البيانات والمعلومات التخطيطية وتحديثها.

Objectives: Determining the level of use of planning information systems in social organizations, determining the level of development of the performance of social organizations, Determine the relationship between the use of information systems and planning in social organizations, determining the difficulties facing the role of planning information systems in developing the performance of social organizations, determining proposals to activate the role of planning information systems in developing the performance of social organizations and reaching a proposed action plan to activate the role of planning information systems in developing the performance of social organizations The study relied on the comparative approach, and the social survey method by comprehensively enumerating the officials of governmental and non-governmental social organizations in Assiut Governorate, and the social survey method by means of a deliberate sample of experts. And it reached several recommendations and proposals, the most important of which are: linking information systems planning the strategic plan of the organization, developing more effective methods of management and organization, strengthening the competitive position of the organization, paying attention to creative ideas and working to achieve them and building new information systems that are directly related to the growth and development of work in the organization, establishing an integrated system for collecting preserving and updating planning data and information.
