|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان أثر الملاءة المالية في استثمارات شركات التأمين متمثلة بإجمالي الاستثمارات، ومنه يهدف إلى التعرف إلى الملاءة المالية ومفهومها وأهميتها والعوامل المؤثرة فيها ومؤشراتها، والتعرف إلى استثمارات شركات التأمين وأنواعها ومصادرها ومؤشرات النشاط الاستثماري لشركات التأمين، وتحليل أثر الملاءة المالية في استثمارات شركات التأمين، واعتمدت الباحثة في دراستها على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتم تحليل البيانات الخاصة بشركات التأمين المدرجة في سوق دمشق للأوراق المالية باستثناء شركة العقيلة للتأمين التكافلي من عام 2010 حتى عام 2020. ومن أهم النتائج: يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية إيجابي للمؤشرين الأول والثاني للملاءة المالية على إجمالي الاستثمارات. وبالتالي إن ارتفاع هذين المؤشرين يساهمان في ارتفاع إجمالي الاستثمارات، ولا يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للمؤشر الثالث. ومن أهم التوصيات: التركيز على الملاءة المالية الجيدة للشركات، فالملاءة المالية تعبر عن قوة ومتانة المركز المالي لشركات التأمين، وكلما كانت الشركة مليئة زادت ثقة المستثمرين بها وبالتالي تزيد قيمة الاستثمارات وحجم أعمال الشركات. وأيضاً العمل على زيادة قدرة الشركات الاستثمارية وذلك بمراجعة السياسات الاستثمارية للشركات وتقييمها ووضع سياسات أكثر فاعلية وتوزيع حجم الاستثمار على أساس الأهمية النسبية لكل نوع من الاستثمارات.
|b This research aims to explain the impact of financial solvency on the investments of insurance companies, represented by the total investments. The research aims to identify financial solvency, its concept, its importance, the factors affecting it and its indicators, and to identify the investments of insurance companies, their types and sources, and indicators of the investment activity of insurance companies, and to analyze the impact of financial solvency on investments Insurance companies. In her study, the researcher relied on the descriptive and analytical approach. Data on insurance companies listed on the Damascus Stock Exchange was analyzed, with the exception of Al-Akeelah Takaful Insurance Company, from 2010 to 2020. Among the most important results: There is a statistically significant positive effect for the first and second indicators of financial solvency on total investments. Therefore, the increase in these two indicators contributes to the increase in total investments, and there is no statistically significant effect for the third indicator. Among the most important recommendations: Focus on the good financial solvency of companies, as financial solvency expresses the strength and solidity of the financial position of insurance companies, and The higher the financial solvency of the company is the greater the confidence of investors in it, and thus the value of investments and the volume of business of companies increases. And work to increase the investment capacity of companies by reviewing and evaluating companies' investment policies, and developing more effective policies.
