|a يتناول البحث مسألة مهمة في العبادات تتعلق بالزكاة، وهي أثر الدين في زكاة مال الدائن إذا كان الدين على مليء قادر باذل، وهل يؤثر وجود هذا الدين فينقص النصاب أو يسقط وجوب الزكاة عنه؟ وقد تناول البحث أقوال العلماء وأدلتهم ومناقشتها، مع بيان القول الراجح منها وسبب الترجيح. والذي ترجح للباحثين في هذه المسألة هو وجوب الزكاة على من له دين على غيره في كل عام ولو لم يقبضه، إذا كان المدين مليئا أمينا، وأن وجود هذا الدين لا يؤثر في وجوب الزكاة على الدائن.
