|a لقد ضم كتاب سيبويه أغلب قوانين اللغة العربية، ولذلك فقد لقي اهتماما كبيرا منذ تأليفه إلى يومنا هذا، وقد اختلفت مصادر تاريخ النحو العربي في الإجابة على سؤال مهم يتعلق به، وهو: هل قرئ الكتاب على صاحبه سيبويه؟ وفي هذا البحث محاولة للإجابة عن هذا السؤال بالرجوع إلى ما دون على أغلفة ما تيسر من مخطوطات هذا الكتاب، وفي مقدمات مطبوعاته، مع الاهتمام بما أشار إليه أصحاب كتب الرجال التي تعنى بعلوم اللغة العربية. وقد رجح الباحث في نهاية البحث -بناء على مجموعة أسباب -أن يكون الأخفش الأوسط قد قرأ الكتاب كاملا على سيبويه، وأن يكون أبو إسحاق الزيادي قرأ بعضه عليه ولم يتمه.
|b Sībawayh's book, al-Kitāb, includes the rules of the Arabic language in full, has received great attention from the time it was written to the present day. The sources of the history of Arabic grammar have differed in answering an important question related to this book: Was this book read out to its author, Sībawayh? In this research, I will attempt to answer this question by referring to the written on the covers of the available manuscripts of this book, the introductions of its publications and what has been indicated by scholars interested in the science of Arabic Language. The researcher suggests- based on a number of reasons- that al-Akhfash Al-Awsat had read the entire al-Kitāb to Sībawayh and that Abu Ishaq al-Ziyadi had read part of it to him but did not complete it.
