|a تستهدف هذه الدّراسة، معرفة أثر تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية -بِاعْتِبارِها تَوجه حدِيث للإصلاح الإداري- على تحسين الخدمة العُمومية بِبَلدية المدية، وذلك بإجرائنا لدراسة ميدانية، قُمْنا مِن خِلالِها بتصميم استبانة بغرض جَمْع المعلومات والبيانات من عيّنة الدّراسة التي بلَغَ عدَدُها (50) مُفردة، ومن أجل دراسة وتحليل الاستبيان، استخدمنا برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS/v26)، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أنَّ بلدية المدية تستخدم الإدارة الإلكترونية بفعالية، إضافة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوي بين مختلف أبعاد الإدارة الإلكترونية وتحسين الخدمة العمومية في القطاع محل الدراسة.
|b This study aims at identifying the most effective way to apply e-management in order to improve the generic service in the country, and by conducting our own research for the purpose of collecting authentic data. This study included (50) samples, and for the study and analysis of the questionnaire, we used the Statistical Packages Programme for Societal Sciences. (SPSS/v26), where the study concluded that the City Municipality is effectively using E-management, as well as a significant correlation between the various dimensions of e-administration and improved public service in the sector studied.
