|a تناولت الدراسة واقع استراتيجية المعرفة في المركز الجامعي تيبازة، وهدفت إلى تحديد مدى ملاءمة التوجه الاستراتيجي للمركز لاستراتيجية المعرفة، وكذا تشخيص مدى توفير المتطلبات اللازمة لتنفيذها، ومن ثم تحليل مستوى تطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة في هذا المركز الجامعي. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها وجود توجه استراتيجي قوي نحو استراتيجية المعرفة في المركز الجامعي تيبازة، وكذا وجود استعداد عالي المستوى لتنفيذ هذه الاستراتيجية، إلا أنه تم تسجيل مستوى متوسط في تطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة بالمركز، مما يستدعي تعزيز الجهود اللازمة لتجسيد استراتيجية المعرفة على أرض الواقع.
|b The study examined the reality of knowledge strategy at the Tipaza University center, aiming to determine the alignment of the center’s strategic orientation with the knowledge strategy, diagnose the availability of the necessary requirements for its implementation, and analyze the level of application of knowledge management processes at this university center. The study reached a set of results, including the presence of a strong strategic orientation towards the knowledge strategy at the Tipaza university center, and a high level of readiness for its implementation However, a moderate level was recorded in the application of knowledge management processes at the center, indicating a need to intensify efforts to fully realize the knowledge strategy in practice.
