المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث جمع ودراسة الأقوال التي نسبها الإمام السمعاني العامة المفسرين من خلال تفسيره، وقد هدف البحث إلى استقراء المسائل التفسيرية التي نسب الإمام السمعاني فيها قولاً لعامة المفسرين؛ لبيان قيمة الأقوال المنسوبة لهم، من خلال جمع الأقوال الأخرى للمفسرين في تلك المسائل، ودراستها دراسة تفسيرية موازنة، وقبل ذلك النظر إلى صحة تلك الأقوال التي حكاها السمعاني، ثم إبراز منهجه في تلك الأقوال المنسوبة العامة المفسرين، ومعرفة طرق عرضها؛ لإيضاح مدى دقة عرضها من عدمه. وقد اتبعت في دراسة هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي؛ في عرض الأقوال التي نسبها السمعاني لعامة المفسرين، وتحليلها، ومقارنتها بما قاله غيره من المفسرين. وقد تم تقسيم البحث إلى مقدمة، ومبحثين، وخاتمة، وفهارس، ففي المقدمة بيان أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره، وأهدافه، وحدود البحث، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث ومنهج البحث، وإجراءات البحث، وفي المبحث الأول: التعريف بالإمام السمعاني، وتفسيره، وصيغ مرادفات جملة عامة المفسرين، من خلال البحث موضوع الدراسة، وفي المبحث الثاني: دراسة الأقوال التي نسبها إلى عامة المفسرين، وفيه تسع مسائل، ثم الخاتمة، وفيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات كان منها: كان موقف السمعاني في ترجيحاته في المسائل التي ينسب فيها قولاً لعامة المفسرين، موافقاً -في الغالب- لقول الأكثر، غير مخالف له ومن بين تلك التوصيات التي قدمها البحث: دراسة الصيغ المرادفة لصيغة: "عامة المفسرين" عند الإمام السمعاني في تفسيره: "تفسير القرآن".

This research deals with collecting and studying the sayings attributed by Imam Al-Sam'ani to the interpreters in general through his interpretation. The research aimed to extrapolate the interpretive issues in which Imam Al-Sam'ani attributed a saying to the interpreters all in all, in order to show the value of the sayings attributed to them, by gathering the other sayings of the interpreters on those issues and studying them in a comparative interpretive study. Before that, I looked at the validity of those sayings narrated by al-Sam'ani, then highlighted his approach to those sayings attributed to the interpreters in general, and identifying the methods of presenting them in order to clarify the extent of the accuracy of their presentation or not. In this research, I followed the inductive analytical approach in displaying the statements attributed by Al-Sam’ani to the interpreters in general, analyzing them, and comparing them with what other interpreters said. The research was divided into an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, and indexes. The introduction explains the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, its objectives, the limits of the research, previous studies, the research plan, the research methodology, and the research procedures. The first chapter introduces Imam al- Sam'ani, his interpretation, and the synonymous formulas of the phrase "interpreters in general", through the topic subject to study. The second chapter studies the statements he attributed to interpreters in general, which includes nine issues. Then comes the conclusion, which includes the most important results and recommendations, including: that Al- Sam'ani's position in his weighing in the issues in which he attributes a statement to interpreters in general, was in agreement- mostly- with the statements of the majority, not in disagreement with them. Among the recommendations presented by the research: studying the synonymous formulas for the formula: "interpreters in general" in Imam al-Sam'ani's interpretation: "Tafseer Al-Qur'an".
