|a تعتبر حريتي الاجتماعات والمظاهرات العمومية من أهم حريات التعبير الجماعي عن الرأي، حيث ما فتئت أن أشارت إليها الدساتير والقوانين الجزائرية عبر مختلف مراحل تطبيقها، لكن مع اختلاف في المعالجة بين الحقبة الاشتراكية وفي عهد التعددية، وممارسة هاتين الحريتين لا يعني عدم وضع قيود وضوابط عليها سواء كانت موضوعية أو معيارية وذلك بغية الحفاظ على النظام العام بمختلف عناصره.
|b The freedoms of assembly and public demonstration stand as paramount pillars in the realm of collective expression of opinion. They have been invoked within the Algerian constitutions and laws across the myriad phases of their enactment. Yet, amidst the contrasting approaches of the socialist epoch and the era of pluralism, it is imperative to acknowledge that the exercise of these dual liberties does not preclude the imposition of prudent limitations and oversight, whether rooted in objectivity or normativity, to uphold public order in, all its multifaceted dimensions.
