|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان دور الجامعة ومنه الإبداع في بناء أي نظام اقتصادي جنبا إلى جنب مع الطاقة، والبحث في تأثير الثورة الصناعية الرابعة على سوق الشغل مستقبلا. كما نبحث في دور مؤسسات التعليم العالي في تطوير المورد البشري من خريجي الجامعات ليتماشى مع متطلباتها. تبين هذه الدراسة أن البرامج الحالية للجامعات لا تتناسب ومتطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة حيث يتبين أن أكثر من 50 بالمائة من اليد العاملة الحالية تخرج من السوق خلال العشرية القادمة في بلدان عينة الدراسة كالصين، الهند والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. التي تعتبر الأكثر تشغيلا في العالم والأكثر تأثرا بالثورة الصناعية الرابعة.
|b This study aims to show the role of the university, including creativity, in building any economic system along with energy, and studying the impact of the fourth industrial revolution on the future job market. We are also looking at the role of higher education institutions in developing the human resource of university graduates to match the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This study shows that the current program of universities are not commensurate with the requirements of the fourth industrial revolution, as turns out that more than 50 percent of the current workforce is exposed to leaving the market during the next decade in the countries of the study sample, such as China, India and the United States of America which are considered the most employing in the world and the most affected by the fourth in industrial.
