The study aims to gain a deeper understanding of the Knowledge Absorptive Capacity (KAC) concept and its dimensions and to explore how managers within Algerian companies perceive it and comprehend its significance. This qualitative exploratory research relied on semi-structured interviews with 22 top managers from SONELGAZ Gas Transport (SGT) company. The results highlight that the majority of respondents demonstrate a broad and imprecise apprehension of this concept, exhibiting a limited awareness of the existence of certain dimensions inherent to the knowledge absorption process. |
