استهدف البحث الحالي الأهداف الآتية: أولا: قياس الاستقلال الإدراكي لدى طلبة الجامعة. ثانيا: تعرف الفروق في الاستقلال الإدراكي على وفق متغيري التخصص (علمي، وإنساني) والجنس (ذكور، وإناث). ثالثاً: قياس الخصائص التطورية لدى طلبة الجامعة. رابعا: تعرف الفروق في الخصائص التطورية على وفق متغيري التخصص (علمي، وإنساني) والجنس (ذكور، وإناث). خامساً: تعرف العلاقة بين الاستقلال الإدراكي والخصائص التطورية لدى طلبة الجامعة. تحقيقا لأهداف البحث أعدت الباحثة مقياسي الاستقلال الإدراكي بشقيه (أ- ب) ومقياس الخصائص التطورية وكما يأتي: ١- صياغة (36) فقرة تصف الاستقلال الإدراكي (أ) موزعة بواقع (9) فقرات على (4) مجالات. ٢- تم اختيار (14) شكلا تصف الاستقلال الإدراكي (ب) وفقا لفكرة وتكن وصياغة أسئلة تتناسب وقياس المتغير المراد قياسه. ٣- صياغة (48) فقرة تصف الخصائص التطورية موزعة بواقع (8) فقرات على (6) مكونات. إذ طبقت الباحثة المقياسين على عينة مكونة من (200) طالب وطالبة من الجامعة المستنصرية، الدراسة الصباحية من (الذكور، والإناث) للتخصصات (العلمية، والإنسانية) للعام الدراسي 2013- 2014 وبعد معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستعمال الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة والاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين، ومعادلة ألفا كرونباخ ومعادلة كودر- ريتشاردسون ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون ومعامل ارتباط بوينت بايسيريال توصلت الباحثة إلى عدد من النتائج وكما يأتي: - عينة البحث لديها استقلال إدراكي بمستوى أعلى من المتوسط النظري للمقياس. لا يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا في الاستقلال الإدراكي على وفق متغير التخصص (علمي، وإنساني). - يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا في الاستقلال الإدراكي على وفق متغير الجنس (ذكور، وإناث) ولصالح الذكور. - عينة البحث لديها خصائص تطورية بمستوى أعلى من المتوسط النظري للمقياس. - لا يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا في الخصائص التطورية على وفق متغيري التخصص (علمي، وإنساني) والجنس (ذكور، وإناث). - توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الاستقلال الإدراكي والخصائص التطورية. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث تقدمت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات منها: - على وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي تنمية الوعي بمفهومي الاستقلال الإدراكي والخصائص التطورية ودورهما الفاعل في الحياة الأكاديمية. واستكمالا للجوانب ذي العلاقة بالبحث الحالي تقدمت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات منها: - إجراء بحوث مماثلة للبحث الحالي على عينات تضم شرائح اجتماعية متباينة.

Fourthly: Realizing Differences In Development Characteristics According To Specialization (Scientific And Human) And Gender (Males And Females). Fifthly: Realizing The Relation Between Cognitive Independence And Development Characteristics University Students. To Accomplish Research Goals, The Researcher Has Ready The Measure Of Cognitive Independence With Their Two Parts (A- B) And The Measure Of Development Characteristics 1- Coinig (36) Items To Describe Cognitive Independence (A) Distributed AS (9) Items On (4) Fields) 2- Choosing (14) Forms To Describe Cognitive Independence (B) According To Witkins Idea And Coining Questions To Fits With Measure The Variable To Be Measured. 3- Coining (48) Items To Describe Development Characteristics Distributed As Much As (8) Items ON (6) Components. Researcher Implemented The Two Measures On Sample Contain (200) Male And Female University Student In Al Mustansiriyah University IN The Morning Study Of (males And Females) For Specializations (Scientism And Humanities) For Study Season 2014-2015. After Processing Data Statistically Using (T-test) For One Sample And (T- Test) For Two Independent Samples, And Alpha – Cronbach Formula, And Kuder – Richardson Formula, And Pearsons Correlation Coefficient, And Point-Biserial Correlation Coefficient. Researcher Reached Many Results: - Research Sample Has Above Medium Theoretical Measure Level For Cognitive Ind Independence. - There Is No Statistical Distinguish Difference In Cognitive In Dependence According To Specialization (Scientific And Human). - There Is A Statistical Distinguish Difference In Cognitive In dependence According To Gender (Males And Femals). - Research Sample Has Above Medium Theoretical Measure Level For Development Characteristics. - There Is No Statistical Distinguish Difference In Development Characteristic According To Specialization (Scientific And Human)And Gender (Males And Females). - There Is A Positive Relation Between Cognitive Independence And Development Characteristics According To Research Results, researcher Came Up With Many Recommendations. 1-Ministry Of Higher Education And Scientific Research Should Improve Awareness Of Cognitive Independence And Development Characteristics And Its Important Active Role In Academic – Scientific Life. And To Complete And Cover The Research, Researcher Suggested: 1-Doing Researches Like The Presence Research, On Other Samples Including Social And Different Segments.
