المستخلص: Since the 1970s, co-production has been a focal point for academics and practitioners in the public sector. It has gained more attention and has been used in various contexts in recent years, especially in response to the COVID-19 crisis that the world has faced in recent times. This study aims to discover how well co-production works for providing public services. According to the study, if co-production is implemented in environments conducive to its success, in a political, legal, administrative, social, economic, and cultural framework promoting individual participation, it can significantly improve the efficacy and caliber of public services.
