This research explores the adoption of Total Quality Management (TQM) within educational institutions, spotlighting strategies such as Quality Circles, School Self-Management, and the Kaizen method to enhance educational quality and stakeholder satisfaction. It underscores TQM's role in facilitating systemic improvements across management, curriculum development, and technological integration. Despite challenges like infrastructural deficiencies and resistance to change, the study advocates for comprehensive professional development, increased institutional autonomy, and leveraging technology to overcome barriers. Emphasizing TQM's significance, the research presents it as essential for educational institutions aiming to achieve excellence and adaptability in today's rapidly evolving educational environment. |
