|a تم التعرض في هذا البحث إلى تعريف المحاكمة العادلة والمواثيق الدولية التي ذكرتها بصفة الإلزام ثم تنظيم السلطة القضائية ثم ضمانات إجراء المحاكمة العادلة ثم حقوق المتهم أثناء المحكمة ثم ذكرنا بعض النتائج التي ظهرت لنا من خلال البحث. ذلك أن حق المتهم في محاكمة عادلة اقرها القانون الدولي والدساتير الوطنية، ويتمتع بحقوقه كاملة في الدفاع عن نفسه.
|b In this research, we have discussed the definition of judicial trials and international trust, which I mentioned as mandatory, then the influential organization, then the guarantees of conducting trials and experimental trials, then the rights of the accused during the trial, then we mentioned some of the results that emerged to us through the research. That is because the accused has the right to a fair trial, which is recognized by international law and national constitutions, and is fully available to him in defending himself.
