|a يتحدث المقال عن مختلف أنواع السكن الذي كان سائدا ببلاد زعير خلال القرن التاسع عش، والملاحظ أن ساكنة زعير قد اتخذت من النوالة والكربي سكنا لها بحكم طبيعة اقتصادها، المعتمد أساسا على الترحال والتنقل بين مناطق الرعي نظرا لسهولة نقل هذا النوع من المباني بين مناطق الانتجاع، أما الجانب الديمغرافي خلال نفس الفترة فقد صادفتنا صعوبات كبيرة لمعرفته بسبب غياب معطيات دقيقة لساكنة المنطقة، بحكم تحركها المستمر، ومن ثم تم الاعتماد على طرق جديدة لمعرفة المميزات الديمغرافية للمنطقة خلال الفترة المدروسة.
|b The article discusses the different types of housing that were prevalent in Zaërs during the nineteenth century. It is noteworthy that the inhabitants of Zaërs used the nawala and the karbi as their dwellings due to the nature of their economy, which is mainly based on nomadism and movement between pastoral areas due to the ease of transporting this type of buildings between the areas of production. As for the demographic aspect during the same period, we encountered great difficulties to know it due to the lack of accurate data on the population of the region, due to its continuous movement, and therefore relied on new methods to know the demographic characteristics of the region during the studied period.
