The Middle East, Ukraine War, Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict, Pacific tensions, COVID-19 pandemic, and free trade agreements between the US and Pacific Rim countries have led China to establish economic blocs like BRICS and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. This response to the unipolar world order pursued by the US is a strong indication of a new world order. China believes in a multipolar world order, while the US and Britain seek a new world order led by American economic poles, leveraging digital transformation. Major US tech companies, backed by the US government, are poised to take over global governance, replacing traditional nation-states and deterrence mechanisms. |
