المستخلص: This research aims to highlight the position of Imam Abdelhaq Al-Siqilli within the Maliki school of thought and to examine his most significant works, particularly his book Al-Ta'qib 'Ala Tahdhib Al-Mudawwana. It delves into his methodology in this work, the extent to which Maliki jurists relied on his opinions regarding issues raised against Imam Al-Baradhi’i in his Tahdhib, and attempts to compile scattered texts from the book preserved by Imam Abu Al-Hasan Al-Saghir Al-Zarwili in his major work Al-Taqyid 'Ala Al- Tahdhib. The paper also discusses the commentary made about this book by Qadi Iyad, may Allah have mercy on him.
