|a تناولت هذه الورقة التطورات التي حدثت بملف الحرب التجارية التي اندلعت بين كل من الصين والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. فقد شهد الاقتصاد العالمي حربا تجارية بين البلدين منذ يناير 2018، أثرت بشكل كبير على اقتصاداتهما والاقتصاد الدولي بشكل عام. وقد تناولت الورقة هذا الملف من خلال عرض تاريخ العلاقات الأمريكية الصينية، والمراحل التجارية بين البلدين منذ أن بدأت الولايات المتحدة والصين تخطوان الخطوات الأولى نحو تجديد الاتصال المباشر بين البلدين عام 1971 وحتى اندلاع الحرب التجارية عام 2018 حيث تم تحليل أسباب اندلاع هذه الحرب وتطوراتها، وعرض أهم القضايا التي شملتها هذه الحرب التجارية، بالإضافة إلى تحليل التداعيات المحتملة ومستقبل العلاقات التجارية بين البلدين. وقد توصلت الورقة إلى أن الصين تعد طرفا دوليا فاعلاً بسبب ما تمتلكه من مقومات وأبعاد عسكرية واقتصادية، أي أن نمط توزيع القوة في الصين يسير بشكل متوازي، وتعد من الأطراف الدولية الفاعلة في الساحة الدولية مستغلة مصادر قوتها لحصر الانفراد الأمريكي بزعامة العالم، ولكن الصين لا تفضل الدخول في مواجهات سياسية أو عسكرية مع الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية؛ بل أن الصين تنظر إلى العلاقات مع الولايات المتحدة نظرة مصالح؛ فالصين تسعى إلى أن تكون قوة إقليمية كبرى وإعادة رسم خارطة النظام الدولي، دون الدخول في توترات مع الولايات المتحدة والدول الغربية بسبب ذلك السعي.
|b This paper addresses the developments in the trade war file that broke out between China and the United States of America. The global economy has witnessed a trade war between the two countries since January 2018, which has greatly affected their economies and the international economy in general. The paper addresses this file by presenting the history of US-China relations, and the trade stages between the two countries since the United States and China began taking the first steps towards renewing direct contact between the two countries in 1971 until the outbreak of the trade war in 2018, where the causes of the outbreak of this war and its developments were analyzed, and the most important issues covered by this trade war were presented, in addition to analyzing the potential repercussions and the future of trade relations between the two countries. It concludes that China is an active international party because of the military and economic components and dimensions it possesses, meaning that the pattern of power distribution in China runs in parallel, and it is considered one of the active international parties in the international arena, exploiting its sources of power to limit American dominance in world leadership, but China It does not prefer to enter into political or military confrontations with the United States of America; Rather, China views relations with the United States from a perspective of interests. China seeks to be a major regional power and redraw the map of the international system, without entering into tensions with the United States and Western countries because of that pursuit.
