|a تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين جودة العمل القضائي، حيث يعد أهم التقنيات الحديثة التي تمثل فرصة كبيرة لتطوير وترقية النظم القضائية، ويتطلب تطبيقه فيها ضرورة تهيئة البيئة التشريعية والضمانات المتعلقة بمراعاة الظوابط الأخلاقية، وتحقيق التوازن بين الابتكار والحماية والمحافظة على سيادة القانون والمبادئ الأساسية لحقوق الإنسان. يطبق الذكاء الاصطناعي طيلة مراحل سير الدعوى؛ بدءا من افتتاح الخصومة مرورا بالتحقيق وجمع أدلة الإثبات إلى غاية إصدار الحكم وتنفيذه، فهة يساهم في تبسيط الإجراءات القضائية، توفير الجهد والوقت، وتحسين الكفاءة ودقة الأحكام الصادرة.
|b The study aims to shed light on the role of artificial intelligence in improving the quality of judicial work, as it is considered the most important modern technology that represents a great opportunity to develop and upgrade judicial systems, and its application therein requires the need to create the legislative environment and guarantees related to observing ethical controls, and achieving a balance between innovation and protect and preserve the rule of law and basic principles of human rights. Artificial intelligence is applied throughout the stage of the case process; starting from the opening of the dispute, through the investigation and collecting evidentiary, until the ruling is issued and implemented. It contributes to simplifying judicial procedures, saving effort and time, and improving the efficiency and accuracy of judgments issued.
