|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى مدى توظيف معلمي الرياضيات لمهارات التعلم الإلكتروني في التدريس بالمدارس الحكومية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة وظف الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (162) معلم ومعلمة من معلمي الرياضيات التابعين لمديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة رفح، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في الاستبانة وهي من إعداد الباحث، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0.05) في توظيف معلمي الرياضيات لمهارات التعلم الإلكتروني في مدارس مديرية تعليم رفح تعزى للمتغيرات (النوع الاجتماعي، المؤهل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخدمة)، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج يوصي الباحث الاهتمام بتدريب المعلمين على التدريس عبر وسائل التعلم الإلكتروني، ضرورة تزويد المدارس الحكومية بخطوط إنترنت عالية السرعة؛ ليتمكن المعلمين من مجاراة التطور التكنولوجي الحاصل.
|b The current study aimed to identify the extent to which mathematics teachers employ e-learning skills in teaching in government schools. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The study sample consisted of (162) mathematics teachers affiliated with the Directorate of Education in Rafah Governorate. Regarding the study tool, it was a questionnaire prepared by the researcher. The results of the study found that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) in mathematics teachers' use of e-learning skills in the schools of the Rafah Education Directorate due to the variables (gender, academic qualification, number of years of service), In light of these results, the researcher recommends focusing on training teachers to teach via e-learning methods, and providing government schools with high-speed Internet lines so that teachers can keep pace with the technological development taking place.
