|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى التوافق المهني لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسم علوم التربية البدنية والرياضة وكذلك الفروق في أبعاد التوافق المهني حسب سنوات الخبرة حيث تكونت العينة من (28) عضواً بقسم علوم التربية البدنية والرياضة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الحصر الشامل، ولغاية تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبيان يكون من 42 عبارة مقسمة على أربعة محاور وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسم علوم التربية البدنية والأكثر خبرة هم من يتمتعون بمستوى عال من التوافق المهني.
|b This study aimed to identify the level of professional compatibility of the faculty members of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences as well as the differences in the dimensions of professional compatibility according to years of experience where the sample consisted of (28) members of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences were selected by the method of comprehensive inventory, and in order to achieve the objectives Study A questionnaire consisting of 42 words divided into four axes and the results of the study showed that the faculty members of the Department of Physical Education Sciences and the most experienced are those with a high level of professional compatibility.
