|b Today, companies operate in an environment that is undergoing many changes. From this point on, change becomes a fundamental condition of survival that companies can no longer avoid, a survival that is dependent on their organizational change capability. The ability of organizations to respond to environmental changes, anticipate them or modify their resources internally to better influence the environment must be a major concern. This article represents an evaluation using an analysis grid, of the organizational change capability of the Cements Society of Saida- S.CI.S.
|d Les entreprises évoluent aujourd’hui dans un environnement qui connait de nombreux bouleversements. A partir de là, le changement devient une condition fondamentale de survie à laquelle les entreprises ne peuvent plus se soustraire, survie qui est dépendante de leur capacité à changer. C’est ainsi que la capacité des organisations à faire face aux évolutions de l’environnement, à anticiper celles-ci, ou encore à modifier leurs ressources en interne pour mieux agir sur l’environnement, doit être une préoccupation majeure. Cet article représente une évaluation, au moyen d’une grille d’analyse, de la capacité organisationnelle de changement de la Société des Ciments de Saida- S.CI.S.
