Today we are witnessing an enthusiasm around the computerized management of an organization's information system. In the context of a production SME, this article focuses on the issue surrounding a reflection on the deployment of an ERP taking into account the problems related to the specific constraints of the companies in Algeria. The extensive implementation of ERP (integrated management software packages) in recent years is a major fact in management. The integration of management procedures and organizational methods opens up a new dimensional perspective to decision-making techniques that go beyond the structural restruction of the organization. Nous assistons aujourd’hui à un véritable engouement autour de la gestion informatisée du système informationnel d’une organisation. Dans le contexte d’une PME de production, cette article s’articule autour de la problématique entourant une réflexion sur le déploiement d'un ERP en tenant comptent des problèmes liés aux contraintes spécifiques à l’entreprise en Algérie, et les causes de la lenteur de leur mise en exploitation ainsi que les répercutions liés à leur fonctionnement. |
