This work aims to analyse the nature of the organizational and managerial changes induced by the implantation of ERP system in a company. We will try through the analyses of the experience of the company ALCOST Bejaia, to understand the approach used by this company for the control and management of changes induced by the implantation of ERP and analyze the oppositions of employees towards them. Which will allow us understand the origin of difficulties encountered during the process of implementation in this company and point the conditions to succeed the implantation of ERP system in a company. |
