L’objectif de ce travail est de déterminer le rôle joué par les acteurs (employés et équipe dirigeante) dans un projet du changement organisationnel induit par l’implantation d’un système ERP. Nous tenterons, à travers l’étude de l’expérience de l’entreprise publique ALCOST, d’analyser le processus de décision pour déterminer la place et l’influence de chaque acteur sur la prise de décision. This work aims to determine the role played by the actors (employees, leading team) in an organizational change project induced by the implantation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). We will try, through the analysis of the experience of ALCOST BEJAIA company, to analyze the decision-making process to determine the place and influence of each actor on decision-making. |
