|a تعتبر الإدارة الإلكترونية واقعا فرضته التحولات الجديدة في الجانب المعلوماتي والتكنولوجي، حيث تهدف الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على واقع الرقمنة في الإدارة الجزائرية لأن تطبيق المشروع الرقمي يجعل الإدارة أكثر قربا من المواطنين، عن طريق تسهيل الولوج للمنصات الرقمية وتتبع إجراءات الملفات الإدارية عن بعد، وهذا من شأنه بناء علاقة اتصالية ناجحة بين الإدارة والمواطنين وتحسين المرفق العام والخدمات العمومية وترشيدها، من خلال التمكن من الآليات الحديثة لتقنيات المعلومات. الجزائر من بين الدول التي اتجهت إلى عصرنة خدماتها العمومية من خلال تبني مشروع الإدارة الإلكترونية، في عدة قطاعات منها قطاع الجماعات المحلية والتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والبريد والمواصلات، والعدالة، سنحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة معرفة الخدمات الإلكترونية المتاحة لكل منهم.
|b Electronic administration is considered a reality imposed by new transformations in the information and technology aspect. The study aims to shed light on the reality of digitization in the Algerian administration because the application of the digital project makes the administration closer to citizens, by facilitating access to digital platforms and tracking administrative file procedures remotely, and this would Building a successful communication relationship between the administration and citizens and improving and rationalizing public facilities and public services, through mastery of modern information technology mechanisms. Algeria is among the countries that have moved to modernize their public services by adopting the electronic administration project, in several sectors, including the local government sector, higher education, scientific research, post, transportation, and justice. Through this study, we will try to find out the electronic services available to each of them.
