|b This article suggests to delineate the profile and the scholar and professional trajectory of the innovative project holders inscried in the incubator Sidi Abdellah (Algiers) for an accompaniment, to determine the personal characteristics that characterize them, their objectives, and their future perspectives, as well as their expectations of the incubator as well as the offers of this latter. The data collected are issued from an investigation conducted with a sample of fourteen innovative project holders (ICTs), allowed us to identify the profile of these latters as welle as their position in relation to the contribution of the incubator to the process of creation of their start-up.
|d Le présent article propose de tracer le profil et la trajectoire scolaire et professionnelle des porteurs de projets innovants inscrits au sein de l’incubateur Sidi Abdellah (Alger) pour un accompagnement, déterminer les caractéristiques personnelles qui les caractérisent, leurs objectifs, et leurs perspectives d’avenir, ainsi que leurs attentes vis-à-vis de l’incubateur et les offres de ce dernier. Les données recueillies issues d’une enquête menée auprès d’un échantillon de quatorze porteurs de projets innovants (TIC), nous ont permis d’identifier le profil de ces derniers ainsi que leurs positions par rapport à l’apport de l’incubateur au processus de la création de leurs start-up.
