|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تنمية الكفاءات المهنية للأساتذة في المؤسسات التربوية الجزائرية، حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك بالاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان حيث تم توزيع 87 استبانة على أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بمعسكر محاولين إبراز الواقع الحالي لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في التعليم ولقد تطرقنا إلى ماهية تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال ووسائلها وأثرها على الكفاءات المهنية للأساتذة وصولا في الأخير إلى اهم المشاكل التي حدت من توظيفها في الثانوية.
|b this study aims to identify the role of information and communication technologies in the development of professional skills of teachers in the Algerian educational institutions, where were lied on the analytical descriptive approach and relying on the questionnaire tool has been distributed to 87 to identify the secondary schoolteachers camp, trying to highlight the current reality of the information and communication technology in education We have dealt with the nature of the information and communication technologies and means and its impact on the professional skills of teachers and down in the fourth to the most important problems that have limited employment in the secondary.
