| 520 | |b The transmission of knowledge has traditionally taken place through a long period of learning in contact with peers, but current training and work situations are changing, moving towards new modes of transmission, whether at the level of educational establishments, education or administrations, namely the use of ICT. In this article, we will try to touch on the key concepts related to ict and understand where the obstacles to the development of these activities in our country come from. Efforts remain to be made by the authorities to gain approval for ICTs, especially in the field of higher education. |d La transmission du savoir s’est traditionnellement faite par une longue période d’apprentissage au contact des pairs, mais les situations actuelles de formation et de travail changent, se dirigeant vers de nouveaux modes de transmission, que ça soit au niveau des établissements d’enseignement ou les administrations à savoir l’utilisation du TIC. Dans cet article, nous essayerons de toucher aux notions clés en relation avec les TIC et de comprendre d’où proviennent les freins au développement de ces activités dans notre pays. Des efforts restent à faire de la part des autorités pour gagner en matière d’approbation des Tic surtout dans le domaine de l’enseignement supérieur. | ||
