Structural capital is one of the essential components of the company's intangible wealth. It is all equipment, spaces that allow talent to express themselves and trade to establish. This capital includes everything the company spends on innovation, notoriety, information systems and organization. Our work is mainly concerned with the idea of dimensioning this intangible component in the Algerian accounting and financial system in order to deserve its role of production factor and to leave the framework of an operating load. Indeed, the objective of this article is to propose a simple tool for the identification, evaluation and steering of structural capital within Algerian companies. Le capital structurel est l’une des composantes essentielle de la richesse immatérielle de l’entreprise. C’est l’ensemble des équipements, des espaces qui permettent aux talents de s’exprimer et aux échanges de s’établir. Ce capital comporte tout ce que dépense l’entreprise dans l’innovation, la notoriété, les systèmes d’information et l’organisation. Notre travail s’intéresse principalement à l’idée de dimensionner ce volet immatériel dans le système comptable et financier algérien pour bien mériter son rôle de facteur de production et sortir du cadre d’une charge de fonctionnement. En effet, l’objectif du présent article est de proposer un outil simple pour le repérage, l’évaluation et le pilotage du capital structurel au sein des entreprises algériennes. |
