|b The purpose of this study is to find solutions to develop the product innovation of Algerian SMEs of industrial nature. In this study, we have identified the determinants of innovation and the characteristics of these SMEs in order to propose solutions for their innovation. In relation to this study, we have identified the strengths and weaknesses of Algerian SMEs and we have also based on a history of innovation of these SMEs. This research allowed us to obtain the following fundamental results: the development of organizational, technical and environmental determinants allow the development of the capabilities of the SME to innovate.
|d L’objet de cette étude est de trouver des solutions pour dévelepper l’innovation Produit des PME Algérienne à caractère industriel. Dans la présente étude, nous avons identifié les déterminants de l’innovation et les caractéristiques de ces PME afin de de proposer des solutions pour que cette dernière puisse innover. Relativement à cette étude, nous avons identifié les forces et faiblesses des PME Algériennes et nous nous sommes basé également sur un historique d’innovation de ces dernières. Cette recherche nous a permis d’obtenir les résultats fondamentaux suivant : le développement des déterminants organisationnels, techniques et environnementaux permettent de développer les capacités de la PME à innover.
