المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان قضية (اشتراط قصد الفرد لشمول صيغة العموم إياه) التي بحثها الأصوليون لما لها من أثر بالغ متعلق بتفسير صيغ العموم التي لا يكاد يخلو نص شرعي منها، وكان مبدأ الالتفات إلى القاعدة والحوار في تقرير مبناها الحجاج الفقهي في القرن الهجري الثالث، فقررها تعزيز إثبات الفروع الراجحة، وتزييف الفروع المرجوحة، ثم مضى الدرس الأصولي مطورًا البحث فيها تنظيرا وتفريعا لتستقر في القرن الهجري الثامن مبحثا مستقلا تتقرر فيه وجهات نظر الفرقاء واحترازات القاعدة وضوابطها، وقد استقر البحث الأصولي أخيرًا على تسميتها: (الصورة غير المقصودة)، وهذه الدراسة: (تطور الدرس الأصولي في اشتراط قصد الفرد لشمول صيغة العموم إياه من الشافعي إلى ابن السبكي عرض وموازنة وتحليل) جاءت لعرض تطور بحث القضية خلال حقبة زمنية مختارة لمعرفة ما مر به بحث القضية من تغير سواء أكان تقدّمًا أم تأخرًا، مع بيان مؤثرات التغير في كلا نوعيه، لتجلية القضية وعرض مناهج الأصوليين في التقرير، وقد كانت للدراسة نتائج متعددة أبرزها أن مبدأ عرض القضية الحجاج الفقهي في الفروع لدى الإمام الشافعي، وأن الأوفر بحثًا في تقريرها هم مدرسة المتكلمين من الأصوليين، وأن إمام الحرمين والقرافي من المتكلمين هم الأكثر إسهاما في تطويرها، وأن تطويرها البحثي انتهى عند ابن السبكي.

This research aims to examine the issue of (requiring the individual intent for the inclusion of the very general form) which has been investigated by the Usuul (foundations) scholars because of its profound impact related to the interpretation of the general form of which there is hardly a legal text that is devoid of it. The 3rd Hijri Century witnessed the attention given to the rule and dialogue in determining its jurisprudential argumentation. It was then decided through confirming the acceptable branches, and the falsification of the unacceptable branches. The scholarship of Usuul continued developing the study on this issue theoretically and taxonomically, to settle in the eighth Hijri century as an independent topic in which the views of the parties and the precautions of the rule and its controls were decided. The Usuul scholarship finally settled on naming it: (the unintended image). This study aims to review the development of this issue during a selected period to know the circumstances that this issue went through in terms of change, whether it was progress or regress. The aim is also to show the motives behind change in both types, to clarify the issue and to present the Usuul scholars' approaches to the issue. One of the key findings of the study is that Al-Shafi'i's approach is the best approach and that the Usuuli mutakallimuun were the most prolific on this issue and that the Imam of Haramain and Al Qarafi from the school of mutakallimuun had the most remarkable contribution to the development of the issue. The study also concludes that the study of this issue ended with Ibn Al Subki.
