|a نهدف من خلال هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور المحوري الذي تلعبه المهارات متعددة التخصصات لدى من يديرون برامج الاتصال المتكامل، حيث تعد ممرا حاسما تمر به هذه الممارسة التي يستخدم من خلالها سجل من الأدوات الاتصالية ذات التخصصات المختلفة. إذ تمثل هذه المهارات، ذات الرؤية الواسعة لتلك الأدوات بعيدا عن ذهنية التخصص المعمق، عامل سلاسة يسهل التنفيذ التكاملي للأنشطة الاتصالية المسطرة، تعمل على تحقيقه مختلف أطراف إدارة الاتصال المتكامل في المؤسسة التي تعمل بدورها على نشر ثقافة التكامل داخليا لتجني ثمارها وصداها الإيجابي خارجيا عبر تناسق أصوات مختلف التخصصات المكونة للمزيج الاتصالي المحدد بموضوعية وانتقائية والمجسدة أدوارها ضمن عمل جماعي، تضمنه مهارات أفقية تتغلب على الصراعات الداخلية المنادية بالعمل المنفصل والناتجة عن الفوز بالقيادة والامتيازات المادية، وذلك تحت لواء قائد أوركسترا الاتصال المتكامل.
|b In this article, our objective is to underscore the indispensable role played by the interdisciplinary competencies of those who oversee integrated communication programs. These individuals serve as a vital conduit through which this practice employs a diverse array of communication tools from various disciplines. These skills, with a broad view of the available tools without the mentality of deep specialization, represent a smoothing factor that facilitates the integrated implementation of communication activities. This is achieved by the various parties of the integrated communication management in the organization, which in turn works to spread the culture of integration internally to reap its fruits and positive resonance. From a more internal perspective, the integration of communication disciplines is achieved through the harmonious collaboration of various roles within the communication mix. These roles are defined objectively and selectively, embodying their responsibilities within the team. Horizontal skills facilitate the resolution of internal conflicts that may arise from separate work and competing interests. These skills enable effective leadership and the resolution of material privileges, under the guidance of the integrated communication leader.
