|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أبرز المعوقات المالية التي تعيق استقرار مشاريع رواد الأعمال ونموها في المملكة العربية السعودية. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث قام الباحث بتصميم الاستبيان بالاعتماد على الدراسات السابقة، والتأكد من صدقها وثباتها من خلال حساب معامل ارتباط بيرسون ومعامل ثبات ألفا كرونباخ، حيث تم توزيع الاستبيان على رواد الأعمال، حيث طبقت على عينة عشوائية بسيطة، حيث تم اختيار (۳۲۰) استبانة، وقد تم جمع (٣٠٤) استبانات صالحة للتحليل. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن أفراد العينة لديهم درجة عالية من المعوقات الاقتصادية والمالية التي تواجه مشاريع رواد الأعمال بمتوسط حسابي (٤,٠٨)، يليها المعوقات الإدارية بدرجة عالية وبمتوسط حسابي (۳,۹۸)، وفي الرتبة الأخيرة المعوقات المالية بدرجة عالية وبمتوسط حسابي (٣,٧٥)، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية المتوسط المعوقات التي تحد من مشاريع رواد الأعمال في المملكة العربية السعودية والتي تعزى لمتغير الجنس، العمر المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة. وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات؛ من أهمها: عقد الدورات والندوات التعريفية عن أهمية مشاريع رواد الأعمال بشكل عام، وتقديم تسهيلات حكومية لدخول البنوك بقوة في تمويل المشروعات الريادية، وتفعيل دور حاضنات الأعمال التابعة للغرف التجارية في المملكة، وتقديم التسهيلات البنكية لرواد الأعمال وبهامش ربح مناسب والتقليل من شروط السداد، وعمل دراسة جدوى والاستفادة من التجارب السابقة أثناء التخطيط للمشروع.
|b This study aimed to identify the most prominent financial, economic and administrative obstacles that limit entrepreneurs’ projects in Saudi Arabia. The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire as an instrument for collecting data, which consisted of (27) statements. It was distributed to private school leaders, using the simple random sampling method, where (320) questionnaires were selected, and (304) questionnaires were collected, suitable for analysis. The study found that the sample members have a high degree of economic obstacles facing entrepreneurs' projects with mean (4.08), followed by administrative obstacles with a high degree and mean (3.98), and in last place financial obstacles with a high degree mean (3.75). The study also found that there were no statistically significant differences in the average obstacles that limit entrepreneurs' projects in Saudi Arabia, which are attributed to the variable of gender, age, educational qualification, and years of experience. The study presented a set of recommendations: The most important of them are: providing government facilities for banks to enter strongly into financing entrepreneurial projects, activating the role of business incubators affiliated with chambers of commerce in the Kingdom, providing banking facilities to entrepreneurs with an appropriate profit margin, and reducing payment terms that may not be commensurate with the ability of entrepreneurs.
