|a هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مدى تأثير التعليم المقاولاتي على الإبداع، وشملت عينة الدراسة (90) مفردة من طلبة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة وهران 2، وقد تم اختبار هذا الأثر باستخدام تحليل الارتباط والانحدار الخطى المتعدد. وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية للتعليم المقاولاتي على الإبداع من خلال بعد المهارات الإدارية، وخلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من التوصيات أهمها: التركيز على المبدعين وتشجيعهم ودعم أفكارهم وتبنيها وإشراكهم أكثر وتطوير قدراتهم، وضرورة تطوير البرامج التعليمية لتتماشى مع المقاولاتية من خلال زيادة إدراج مقاييس المقاولاتية في جميع التخصصات على مستوى الكلية.
|b This research aimed to identify the impact of Entrepreneurial Education on Innovation. the study sample consisted of (90) Single from the students of the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Oran2, The data was analyzed by using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), depending on analysis of Correlations, and the multiple regression. The results of the study assured that there’s an impact for Entrepreneurial Education on Innovation Through dimension of management skills. The study concluded the following recommendations: Focus on the creators, encourage them, support and adopt their ideas, and involve them more and develop their capabilities, and The necessity to develop educational programs to align with entrepreneurship, through Increase including Entrepreneurial Subject in all specializations at the college level.
