|a يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على المنطلقات الفكرية والنظرية للنزاهة الأكاديمية، ومحددات المنظور الإسلامي لمبادئها، كمفهوم أصيل في الإسلام، وفق دلائل من القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية الشريفة، وذلك في إطار منظور رباعي الأبعاد: تدريسيا وبحثيا وإداريا ومجتمعيا، بما يعزز من الممارسات السليمة لهيئة التدريس وبما ينعكس إيجابيا على المناخ الأكاديمي الداعم الجودة الأداء. وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، حيث تناولت بالرصد والتحليل مفهوم النزاهة الأكاديمية وأهدافها مع توضيح مقوماتها وإبراز جوانبها من منظور تربوي إسلامي، ثم بيان ملامح الفكر التربوي الإسلامي ومقيمه ومبادئه المتعلقة بالنزاهة. وقد اعتمد البحث على أداة استطلاع رأي أعضاء هيئة التدريس في (۱۱) جامعة سعودية، وقد وصل عدد الاستجابات (۷۹) من درجات علمية متعددة وتخصصات متنوعة علوم إنسانية، علوم هندسية وتقنية، علوم صحية. وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: أنه يوجد مستوى عال من الوعي بأهمية النزاهة البحثية، كما أنه ورغم ارتفاع متوسط الموافقة الجميع المبادئ والمعايير السلوكية المقترحة وفق المحاور، إلا أن المبادئ المتعلقة بالمعايير الأخلاقية وتجنب الانتحال قد تحتاج إلى مزيد من التعزيز. وتتفق المبادئ والمعايير الواردة في ميثاق النزاهة الأكاديمية مع قيم المنظور الإسلامي، والتي تعد من وسائل تحقيق المناخ الأكاديمي الإيجابي ومردوده العام على جودة الأداء الجامعي، كما عرضت الدراسة ميثاق مقترح لممارسات النزاهة بالجامعات اشتملت على مجالات أكاديمية، وبحثية، وإدارية، ومجتمعية.
|b The current research aims to identify the intellectual and theoretical foundations of academic integrity, and the determinants of the Islamic perspective of its principles, as an authentic concept in Islam, according to evidence from the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet, within the framework of a four¬-dimensional perspective: teaching, research, administration and society, in a way that enhances the sound practices of faculty members and reflects positively on the academic climate that supports the quality of university performance. The study depended on the descriptive method, as it addressed the concept of academic integrity and its objectives through monitoring and analysis, clarifying its components and highlighting its aspects from an Islamic educational perspective, then stating the features of Islamic educational thought, its evaluator and its principles related to integrity. The research relied on a questionnaire tool for a sample of faculty members, reaching (79) from (11) universities with various academic degrees and various specializations, humanities, engineering and technical sciences, and health sciences. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: There is a high level of awareness of the importance of research integrity, and despite the high average approval of all the proposed principles and behavioral standards according to the themes, the principles related to ethical standards and avoiding plagiarism may need further strengthening. Academic integrity according to the Islamic perspective is one of the most important means of achieving a positive academic climate and its general impact on the quality of university performance. The study also presented a proposed charter for integrity practices in universities that included academic, research, administrative and societal fields.
