|a تسعى الدراسة لتحديد متطلبات الجامعة الذكية بجامعة بورسعيد، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته طبيعة البحث طورت الباحثة استبيان حسام سمير عمر (۲۰۲۳) ذات الأبعاد الفرعية الأربعة، وذلك لرصد احتياجات تحويل جامعة بورسعيد لجامعة ذكية. طبقت الاستبانة على (١٠٥) من أساتذة الجامعة دون التطرق في الدراسة إلى درجاتهم الوظيفية بمختلف الكليات نظرية أو عملية. وتوصلت النتائج إلى تصور ارتبط بحاجة الجامعة بخصوص تطوير رؤية علمية متكاملة للتحول نحو جامعة ذكية، بالإضافة إلى التوصل لسياسات لربط الواقع الملموس للدراسة لربط بالواقع العملي للسوق وتطورات المجتمع، وإيجاد شراكات لتحقيق النمو المتكامل في المجتمع المحلى والعالمي، تحفيز القوة المبدعة التي يمكن أن تمثل تجارب تربوية إبداعية داخل الجامعة، تحفيز الأساتذة لمواصلة التدريب المستمر وتطوير الذات بشكل دائم، توجيههم نحو العمل الجماعي، وتوصلت الباحثة إلى عدد من الاحتياجات التي يجب توافرها لتطوير جامعة بورسعيد وتحويلها إلى جامعة ذكية.
|b This study investigated the readiness of Port Said University to meet the criteria of a smart university, employing a descriptive research approach. A questionnaire, designed by Samir Hossam Omar (2023), was administered to 105 faculty members representing diverse academic disciplines, both theoretical and practical. The instrument explored four critical dimensions: smart infrastructure, smart human resources, smart teaching and learning environments, and smart leadership. The analysis resulted in a comprehensive framework aimed at facilitating the university's transformation into a smart institution. This framework underscores the need to close the gap between the university's current state and its envisioned future while fostering meaningful partnerships with the surrounding community to drive innovation and sustainable development. It also highlights the importance of aligning institutional strategies with local and global labor market demands, fostering a culture of continuous professional growth, encouraging teamwork, and stimulating creative educational initiatives. The study outlined the key requirements to achieve this ambitious transformation.
