|a الملخص في قلب حضارة تتغنى بالحرية والعصرنة والتقدم، فقدت الذات معناها وجوهرها وسلبت من كيانها لتتحول | إلى صنم، يعاني فراغ إتيقي وعزلة إبستمولوجية، وهذا يكشف عن هشاشة وضعف الركائز التي تأسس عليها مشروع الحداثة، إلا أن هذه الخطورة التي لاحت تهدد الوجود الإنساني، لا تنبؤ بنهاية الإنسان كما زعم بذلك فرانسيس فوكوياما، إنما تشير إلى كون هذه الذات المجروحة تحتاج لعلاج على السريع، وقد امتثل لهذه المهمة الإنسانية الفيلسوف بول ريكور، الذي عمل على استبدال تلك الأسس المتمثلة في المركزية الذاتية والمنهج المباشر في معرفة الذات بالدعوة للاعتماد على المنهج غير المباشر والانفتاح على الآخر والاحتكاك به بغية الاعتراف بذاته والتماس تقديرها من الآخر، بالإضافة لاستبدال الشك بالإقرار الأنطولوجي، فيتولد بذلك الإنسان القادر المسؤول الذي يقاوم حتى الموت.
|b In the heart of a civilization that sings of freedom, modernity and progress, the self has lost its meaning and essence, and has been robbed of its being to turn into an idol, suffering from an etiological vacuum and epistemological isolation, and this reveals the fragility and weakness of the pillars on which the modernity project was founded. but this danger that threatens human existence does not predict the end of man, as Francis Fukuyama claimed, but rather indicates that this wounded self needs urgent treatment. The philosopher Paul Ricoeur, who worked to replace those foundations of self-centeredness and the direct approach to self-knowledge with a call to rely on the indirect approach and openness to the other in order to recognize and seek recognition from the other, and to replace doubt with ontological recognition, thus giving birth to the capable and responsible human being who resists until death.
