المستخلص: يشهد العالم طفرة هائلة من التقدم المعرفي تجعل من الضروري مواكبتها وذلك في شتى المجالات وخاصة مجال التعليم ولئل بصمات التقدم العلمي تتضح من خلال المجالات المستمرة لتبسيط المعلومات والمعارف التي تلقى على الطلاب ويتزايد اهتمام النظم التربوية في التفكير بطرق وأساليب تنمية مهارات التعلم ومعلوماته ليكون قادرا على مواكبه التغيير المعرفي السريع واستيعابه وتزويده من مصادر المعرفة المتاحة وتوظيفها في عمليتي التعليم والتعلم وذلك باستخدام استراتيجيات تدريسية حديثة لتبسيط العلمية التعليمية وهو ما تعتمد عليه استراتيجية جيسكو لان عملية التعلم ليست سهله فهي عملية تفرض متطلبات إضافية تستلزم استغلال كافة المصادر المتاحة للمتعلمين داخليا وخارجيا للوصول بعملية التعلم إلى أفضل ما يكون مما يؤدى إلى فرض ما يطلق عليه العبء المعرفي. ولأننا نحيا في عصر يشهد زخما في المعلومات، فرض معه ضرورة أن يتعلم الطلاب كيف يتعاملون مع هذه المعلومات وكيف يعالجونها، وكيفية تكييف الطرق والوسائل المختلفة بما يتناسب معها، حيث يشير مصطلح العبء المعرفي إلى الكم المعرفي من المعلومات المفروضة على الذاكرة العاملة للمتعلم أثناء عملية التعلم خلال فترة زمنية محددة مما ينتج عنه صعوبة المادة التعليمية المقررة أو المهمة المكلف بها الطالب لذلك تؤكد غالبية الأنظمة التربوية في فلسفاتها على أهمية تنشئة الأفراد وتربيتهم تربيه إبداعية لمواجهة المشكلات المستجدة والمستعصية التي تواجههم. وبناء على ذلك فقد نشطت الجهود العلمية لبحث ودراسة الأسس والطرق التي بواسطتها يتم تنمية المهارات التدريسية لدى الطلاب فأخذت التربية الحديثة والمعاصرة تنظر إلى الفرد باعتباره طاقة لا حدود لها قادره على التكيف مع أي ظاهرة فبدأت الاتجاهات الحديثة في بناء المناهج وطرق التدريس تركز على زيادة الاهتمام بالتعلم والتعليم كمنطلق لتهيئة الطلاب وإعدادهم إعداد جيد لمواجهات تحديات العصر والتقدم المعرفي الهائل.

The worlds poetry is a barrier to traditional progress that makes it necessary to enlarge it in various fields, especially education . perhaps the fingerprints of scientific progress are evident through the continuous attempts to simplify the information and knowledge that are presented to students . the interest of educational systems in thinking about ways and methods of developing learning skills and information is increasing to be able to keep pace with the rapid cognitive change and absorb it and narrate from the available source of knowledge and employ it in the work of education and learning by using modern teaching strategies to facilitate the learning process, which is what strategy depends on because the learning process is not easy. it is a process that exposes the requirements of life in it, which requires you to appreciate all the sources available to learners internally and externally to reach its work learning to the best of its ability , which leads to the imposition of what is called cognitive play. Because we live in an era that witnesses a rush of information, it has become necessary for students to learn how to deal with this information and how to process it, and how to adapt different methods and means to suit, as the term cognitive load refers to the cognitive amount of information imposed on the learner s working memory during the learning process during specific period of time, which results in difficulty. The prescribed education material or the task assigned to the student. therefore, most educational systems emphasize in their philosophies the importance of raising individuals and educating them creatively to confront the emerging and intractable problems. They face Accordingly , scientific efforts have been activated to research and study the foundations and methods by which teaching skills are developed among student . Modern and contemporary education has begun to view the individual as a limitless energy capable of adapting to any phenomenon . modem trends in building curricula and teaching methods have begun to focus on increasing interest in learning and education as a starting point for preparing students and preparing them well to face the challenges of the era and the tremendous cognitive progress.
