المستخلص: قد بدأت هذا العمل بمقدمة يسيرة اشتملت على أهمية المخطوط، والأسباب التي دعتني لتحقيقه، وتحديد الجزء المراد تحقيقه، والدراسات السابقة، وعقبات البحث وصعوباته، وخطة التحقيق، ومنهج المؤلف في تأليفه، والشكر. ثم أتبعتها بقسم الدراسة، فاشتمل على ترجمة مختصرة لمؤلفي كتابي منهاج الطالبين، وفتح الوهاب، ومن ثم عرفت بتعريف موجز لكتابي منهاج الطالبين وعمدة المفتين، وفتح الوهاب بشرح منهج الطلاب، وأهميتهما، وعناية العلماء بهما، ثم ترجمت لصاحب هذه الحاشية الإمام نور الدين الزيادي مبتدئاً بذكر اسمه ونسبه ولقبه، ومولده ثم نشأته، ثم ذكرت طرفاً لأشهر شيوخه وتلاميذه، ومكانته العلمية وثناء العلماء عليه، وختمت بذكر آثاره العلمية، ووفاته، ثم ذكرت بعد ذلك تعريفاً بـ (حاشية الزيادي على شرح المنهج) أي: منهج الطلاب لزكريا الأنصاري، مشتملاً على دراسة لعنوان الحاشية، ونسبتها إلى مؤلفها، وبينت أهميتها، ومواردها، ومنهج المؤلف فيها، ثم ذكرت مزاياها والمآخذ عليها، يتلو ذلك قسم التحقيق.

Engaging in religious jurisprudence is one of the best acts of obedience and closeness, and God has given every generation sincere scholars, and the ancient jurists, may God have mercy on them, were the first in this field, due to the honor of their knowledge and the height of their determination, so they worked diligently in the issues, clarified them, and recorded them. Islamic manuscripts are considered one of the treasures of Islamic civilization, and one of the jewels of its culture, as they recorded the knowledge of the nation, and in them they recorded their information in various Islamic fields, and among these fields was the field of jurisprudence, and among these is the book “Hashiyat al-Zayadi on Explanation of the Method,” which he wrote. Imam Ali bin Yahya Al-Zayadi (d. 1024 AH) , whom the scholar and the educated cannot do without. The part in our hands begins from the beginning of the book Al-Hajj to the end of a chapter on the option of defect. I began this work with a simple introduction that included the importance of the manuscript, the reasons that prompted me to investigate it, specifying the part to be achieved, previous studies, the obstacles and difficulties of research, the investigation plan, and the author’s approach to it. Written by, thanks. Then I followed it with the study section, which included a brief translation of the authors of the two books, Minhaj al-Talibin and Fath al-Wahhab, and then I gave a brief definition of the books Minhaj al-Talibin and Umdat al-Muftin, and Fath al-Wahhab with an explanation of the students’ curriculum, their importance, and the scholars’ interest in them. Then I translated the author of this book, Imam al-Zayyadi, beginning by mentioning his name. His lineage, his title, his birth, then his upbringing. Then I mentioned some of his most famous sheikhs and students, his academic standing, and the scholars’ praise of him. Then I concluded by mentioning his scientific works and his death. Then I mentioned an introduction to the book (Hashiyat al-Zayyadi `ala Sharh al-Minhaj), i.e. the Student Methodology by Zakaria al-Ansari, including a study. The title of the book, the attribution of the book to its author, then I explained the importance of the book and its resources, then I mentioned the advantages and is advantages of the book, followed by the investigation section.
