|a هدف البحث إلى معرفة الاحتياجات المجتمعية لإنشاء جامعة افتراضية في الجمهورية اليمنية، ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمد الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بأساليبه التحليلي، والمسحي، مستخدمين الاستبانة أداة لجمع بيانات البحث والمكونة من (28) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات، وتم تطبيقها على عينة قصدية من الخبراء الأكاديميين في الجامعات اليمنية البالغ عددهم (20) خبيراً وفقا لأسلوب دلفي المعدل وقد توصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: ارتفاع مستوى درجة استجابة الخبراء عينة البحث على الاحتياجات المجتمعية للجامعة الافتراضية في الجمهورية اليمنية على مستوى الدرجة الكلية وفي جميع المجالات حيث جاءت بدرجة (عالية جداً)، وبلغ المتوسط الحسابي للمجالات ككل (4.43)، وانحراف معياري (299).
|b The study aims to know the societal need for the establishment of a virtual university in the Republic of Yemen and to achieve this. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach with its methods: analytical and surveying, using the questionnaire as a tool to collect research data, consisting of (28) paragraphs distributed in four fields, and it was applied to an intentional sample of academic experts in Yemeni universities of the number (20) experts according to the modified Delphi method. The research reached several results, the most important of which are: the high level of the degree of the response of experts, the research sample on the community needs of the virtual university in the Republic of Yemen at the level of the overall degree, and in all fields where it came with a degree (very high). And the mathematical average of the fields as a whole (4.43), and a standard deviation (299).
