|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على الإطار الفكري الحاكم للاستدامة التنظيمية، وكذلك الإطار الفكري الحاكم للميزة التنافسية بالجامعات المصرية، ووضع سيناريوهات لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية بالجامعات المصرية باستخدام مدخل الاستدامة التنظيمية، وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي كما استخدم المنهج الاستشرافي وتحديدا أسلوب السيناريوهات، وانتهى البحث إلى تحديد السيناريوهات البديلة والمتوقع حدوثها مستقبلا وذلك فيما يتعلق بقدرة الجامعات المصرية على تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في ضوء مدخل الاستدامة التنظيمية، والتي تتمثل في: السيناريو المرجعي (الخطي) والذي يعد بمثابة تحليل للوضع الحالي دون إجراء تعديلات ملحوظة عليه، أي استمرارية السياسات والممارسات الحالية مع التكيف الطفيف مع الظروف المتغيرة، والسيناريو الإصلاحي (التحسيني) والذي يسعى لتحسين الوضع الحالي للجامعات من خلال إجراء إصلاحات وتحسينات مدروسة، وإحداث تغييرات تدريجية ومستدامة تركز على تحسين العمليات الحالية في الجامعات، والسيناريو الابتكاري والذي يسعى لإحداث تغييرات جذرية وإبداعية تفوق التحسينات التدريجية، وذلك من خلال تبني أفكار جديدة ومبتكرة لتقديم مزايا تنافسية فريدة للجامعات المصرية مع توضيح الافتراضات التي يقوم عليها كل سيناريو، والتداعيات المحتملة أو المتوقعة منه، ومبررات حدوث كل سيناريو، وقد تبنى البحث الحالي السيناريو الابتكاري.
|b The current research aims to identify the governing intellectual framework of organizational sustainability in Egyptian universities and the intellectual framework governing the competitive advantage in these universities. It also seeks to develop scenarios for achieving competitive advantage in Egyptian universities using the organizational sustainability approach. The research employed the descriptive method as well as the foresight method, specifically the scenario approach. The study concluded by identifying alternative and expected scenarios for the future regarding the ability of Egyptian universities to achieve competitive advantage in light of the organizational sustainability approach. These scenarios include: The reference (linear) scenario, which serves as an analysis of the current situation without significant modifications, meaning the continuity of current policies and practices with slight adaptation to changing conditions. The reformative (improvement) scenario, which aims to enhance the current situation of universities through well-studied reforms and improvements, implementing gradual and sustainable changes focused on improving current operations within universities. The innovative scenario, which seeks to bring about radical and creative changes that go beyond gradual improvements, by adopting new and innovative ideas to provide unique competitive advantages for Egyptian universities. The study outlines the assumptions underlying each scenario, the potential or expected implications, and the justifications for each scenario. The current research adopts the innovative scenario.
