هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على واقع التحول في الجامعات الفلسطينية الخاصة، حيث تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من 232 موظف وعلى أثره تم تحديد حجم العينة الطبقية العشوائية للدراسة حيث تكونت من 150 موظف مقسمين 100 لجامعة الإسراء و50 لجامعة غزة، وتم استرداد (147) استبانة بنسبة 98%، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS، وتم استخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي. أظهرت النتائج توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود بنية تحتية للتحول الرقمي وبوزن نسبي (82.26) وهي نسبة كبيرة ووجود موارد بشرية وتنظيمية اللازمة للتحول الرقمي وبوزن نسبي (81.65) وهي نسبة كبيرة ووجود دعم من قبل الإدارة العليا للتحول الرقمي وبوزن نسبي (80.70) وهي نسبة كبيرة. وفي ضوء النتائج توصي الدراسة: توصي الدراسة بضرورة تخصص إدارة الجامعة الوقت المناسب تجاه جهود التحول الرقمي في كافة معاملات الجامعة، وبضرورة أن يتم الاحتفاظ بنسخ إضافية من المعلومات الإلكترونية الخاصة بالجامعة في أماكن أمنة وبضرورة حرص الإدارة العليا على مواكبة المستجدات التقنية في مجال الحاسب الآلي.
The study aimed to identify the reality of transformation in the Palestinian private universities, where the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, and the study population consisted of 232 employees, and as a result, the size of the stratified random sample was determined for the study, as it consisted of 150 employees divided into 100 for Al-Israa University and 50 for the University of Gaza. (147) a questionnaire with a rate of 98%, and the data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical analysis program, and the descriptive analytical method was used. The results showed: The results of the study revealed the existence of an infrastructure for digital transformation with a relative weight of (82.26) , which is a large percentage, and the existence of human and organizational resources necessary for digital transformation, with a relative weight of (81.65), which is a large percentage, and the presence of support from senior management for digital transformation, with a relative weight of (80.70), which is high percentage. In light of the results, the study recommends: The study recommends that the university administration should allocate the appropriate time towards digital transformation efforts in all university transactions, and that additional copies of the university's electronic information should be kept in safe places, and that senior management should be keen to keep abreast of technical developments in the field of computers.
